Artist Statement

I create images of a lifestyle unhinged, honoring all things fleeting and mutating. People who live minute-to-minute, from the twitter famous to the Menahan St. elite. Starting by photographing everything that comes my way, I capture moments that never quite repeat themselves. Since these muses come from everywhere and nowhere, I’ve quilted a narrative to establish similarities. This appropriation demonstrates how, at our core, we all live differently in the same way.
