Artist Statement

I am a ceramicist who uses slip-casting technique which involves plaster mold and slip(liquid clay). From model making to firing, it takes time and a lot of care, but every process is like a soothing ritual to me. My work is inspired by nature, vintage housewares, and simply things I like. I want my work to have playful elements, something that can bring a smile when people see them.
