My studio is at Screwball Spaces: an artist community with over 140 artists on the edge of Red Hook, steps from the famous food trucks.
Artist Statement
Currently I am exploring a body of work that combines domestic furniture with automobile parts. The process has grown out of drawings that I have further explored by turning them into sculptural objects. I started creating small sculptures that I hope will lead to a life size scale. The small miniatures were created with a combination of traditional wood working methods and 3D modeling and printing. I hope to communicate domestic issues both dramatic and mundane.
