Artist Statement

My painting is about space. I create virtual worlds in which multiple perspectives co-exist. I work with real and specific forms, and I reference many sources. I’m successful when the whole equals more than the sum of the parts.

All of my work is acrylic on paper or canvas. In my studio, you'll see lots of finished and unfinished work in all sizes from 12" high to 70" high, plus working drawings, photographs and sets (image 6) - the things that I work from and that inspire me.
