He recently received the competitive West Prize, and has received awards and residencies across NYC. He is the ONLY contemporary artist today working in this medium, and while his pieces take many months to complete, they do not look overwrought. His work is topical, humorous, stunning, and thought-provoking, and of any artist in Brooklyn, deserves to be included in this exhibition.
