Located at Screwball Spaces: an artist community with 140 artists on the edge of Red Hook. It will be Open Studios there that weekend.
Artist Statement
I build wooden cases, or reliquaries, which contain found or accumulated objects; mostly autobiographical in nature. I would hope the work itself, rather than the artist, makes a statement.
The Guestbook
BklynCurator11215 says: Brian, I loved your work and feel that it is museum worthy. I have nominated you for inclusion in the exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum. Joan Inciardi
tom.hahn.hates.cats says: Excellent craftsmanship.
ana.beranek says: Love your stuff!
mershimer says: I thought it was a very professional body of work that spoke with individual voice. I was attracted to the mysterious ideas that were hiding or trapped in luscious homes.
george.horner1 says: Wonderful work.
Print

djparis says: Kenny's work was intelligent, thought-provoking, yet quirky, whimsical, with a hint of classic Americana thrown in. Through a mix of found objects and master carpentry, each piece told a challenging story.
