Artist Statement
I see and live art as my own instrument of self-knowledge, exploring the aesthetics of colors and the power of breath, while engaging an open dialogue with shapes and perception. Introspection highlights my inner landscapes externalizing ancestral and symbolic icons, that once fused with my needling and manual creation turn into a timeless mantra. The longer we look, the more we see, and what I can see now is the chance of seizing the day following the path of the soul, where a voice whispers an alternative choice: will you fight or will you dance?
