Artist Statement

What place does a southern, “Redneck Vangogh”, hillbilly porch painter have or need, or can even offer to this over-complicated Art Game? How many legs will I have to hump to get to the top? NY is supposed to be the holy ground for artist. But I don't think it can be holier than a southern breezy day, sittin in a rockin chair eating pickles and drinking whiskey, with the smell of home cookin pouring out of the kitchen, while the dogs keep a look out.
I like greasy food, fast cars, and fast women.
