Artist Statement

Body language is subjective to each culture, religion evaluates its’ purity and media dictates its appearance.
My work elaborates on the role of sensuality. How contemporary society effects our tactile and psychological relationship with space and bodies. Particularly the physical interaction with bodies like the maternal or the couple’s relationship inform my multimedia installations and sculptures.
I subdued architecture using the fragile appearance of fibers with charming gestures through out the space that suggest the site’s narrative. I create allowance of touch, touching with the eyes, and the sense of discovery in any detail of our surroundings.
